The Will normally doesn't require any format and it is obviously the wish of the Executor which could be enforced Legally after his Demise.

The Will whether it is Registered Or Unregistered both are Legally Valid.It has to be Legally Probated in Court for Execution after the demise of the Executor of the Will.
