fir under 294 and 506 was filed aginst me by a girl. matter has been settled by compromise. i was detained.... later granted bail by court. now i have to fill antecedent form for psc exam.
1)am i suitable for job... can they cancel or hold appointment
2)does this case involve moral turpitude or misconduct...
(i will not suppress information)

However as already suggested don't conceal.

sir complaint was my girlfriend i do abused her after i find she cheated me.. for one and half year i am studying and trying hard... now while studying only from p. m bakshi i looked upon a case that felt close to me.... n now this MORAl TURPITUDE word is eating me... THiS word horrifyis me it feels like they can do anything behind this word. i m acquitted honorably or by compromise,.. will i pursue further or not., thats big question.

There is no problem if acquitted after compromise, exact incidence can be given after referring the orders.mention clear facts in the forms.

Also in his own profile, HE HAS ADMITTED that his VIEWS, as expressed, are merely his "FEELINGS" (NOT ANY LEGAL ADVICE or guidance) AND that the same "SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE TO BE LEGAL ADVICE."

This Intolerable and abusive aged person, BADTAMIJ BUDDHA P.S.Dhingra is not a lawyer and has been alluring the authors/querist to contact him and pay him consultation fee.
He is not expert and is blank and is visible in threads in which he has posted.
He chases and stalks authors/querist, even fellow experts with his arrogant and abusive posts.
He has quarreled with everyone and and he has leveled false and frivolous charges on fellow experts, and many of the experts have left LCI.
He has problems with owners/promoters/admin of LCI as he claims share from paid phone calls made by authors/querist thru LCI where each call was minimum of Rs. 450/ and admin of LCI probably did not agree to make any payment.
I have been posting and shall continue to post highly illustrated threads and attach Acts/enactments/rules/judgments/citations.............and Dhingra has problems with it, although he has been downloading, copying,storing my posts to fleece his unsuspecting clients.
He wants to continue with his arrogant and abusive post and wants that we should tolerate it.
WE will not tolerate him anymore.

Nice frustrated explanation! A person habitual of rendering borrowed advice, even to his own clients, claims to be an expert and terms others as, "He is not expert and is blank and is visible in threads in which he has posted," whereas any body can notice from all the threads that it is only he, who appears the most in almost all the threads, even if he does not have anything to advice at his own to the authors.
I can only wish the best of luck to those who rely on his advice, if any made even by mistake at this site, as in most cases he tells the querists to consult some capable counsel.
About his statement, "I have never opted for any paid calls," if he has any grudge of not opting for paid calls, he may ask the LCI Admn to put a link, "CLICK TO TALK," along with his ID and then should experience whether he gets any share from the amount charged by the LCI. In a sheer disgust and frustration, he can be expected to shamelessly make only rubbish talks or blatant lies on the threads of the authors. May be due to the reason that none tries to speak on phone to him to consult him.
Even for the present problem, the author is requested to consult only Mr. Doab for any problem he may face in future and try to take advantage of his advice, if he can.
