Harrassment & abuse by the advocate of d/v complainant

Hope the Ld. experts will definitely give their considered opinion in the interest of justice and will not be in favour of such n 'advocate'

The subject advocate abuses my son and those who accompany him. Even in CAW cell, he transgressed and abused, even though advocates are not allowed there. They want nothing else but money only. They had repeated extortion even in mediation and declared that if their demands are not met my son would be arrested. My son had filed police complaint on two occasions against the 'advocate'.

My question is if there is a system / procedure by which I can take up the matter for on behalf of him in the Bar council.

Every state has Bar counsel of their advocate. Where you can make complaint with valid proof.
Advocate's act were governed by advocate act 1961.

AS suggested to you in other threads;

Gather irrefutable evidences.

Ask your own counsel to affirm, if evidence with you is irrefutable and sufficient.

You have to gather proofs, if the act is within the scope of his job, you have no cause of action. otherwise lodge complaint with the Bar Council.
