My father and mother have names in one single SRA scheme.
Mother's name put by committee member as my brothers age not supported.
At the time of lottery one flat (my mother's) got cancelled.
Pls suggest the way to get 2nd flat. Pls help.

1) My brothers age not supported as per SRA rules
He was minor at 1995 hence committee added my mother's name.
2) My mother got letter for demolition of room.
3) She got rent amount from builder from last 2.5 years.

Builder has no rights to impose any charges once occupancy certificate and completion certificate are issued. Your Flat construction is completed.f your father is alive if he possesses share certificate of your mother for flat property by producing the share certificate to society Chairman,an and secretary or Managing committee flat can be transferred in her name. you can get the flat transferred IN YOUR MOTHER'S NAME THIS WAY.iF YOU AT LEAST POSSESS DUPLICATE COPY OF YOUR MOTHER'S OWNERSHIP TO THE FLAT THERE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY PROBLEM. go TO REGISTRATION office,MEET the registrar AND CHECK WHETHER THE FLAT IN QUESTION wAS REGISTERED IN YOUR MOTHER'S NAME OR NOT. if YES YOU CAN PRODUCE REGISTERED SALE ?deed/PURCHASE deed ETC TO housing SOCIETY AND GET PROPERTY MUTATED IN YOUR MOTHER'S NAME. if YOU APPRECIATE THE ABOVE ANSWER PLEASE CLICK THE THANK YOU BUTTON ON MY PROFILE.

Legally not possible. Whole family will be allocated only one flat.

Broadly one flat should be allotted.

However for specific and more to the point advice, full documents need to be referred, discuss with local lawyer.

We had 3 different flats in same area. One is on name of father, second is on name of big brother and third is on name of another brother.
Now at the time of scrutiny of document it was found that my second brothers age was minor in 1995 hence society members put my mother name instead of my second brother. My mother got all letters on her name and also rent from builder from last 2.5 years
Now at the time of lottery of flat her name got rejected.

Sorry I stick again law states you will get 1 flat with specific area only.

In your case SRA scheme is not beneficiary but it is beneficiary for others .

In some case it do takes place people have more area in their hand and when SRA take place area is reduced .

Legally nothing can be done Sorry
