Death Certificate

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 September 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts, My father died this month in Mathura in Railway home. We did his last rites (funeral)in my home town in Bharatpur . We applied for his death certificate in Bharatpur , where Nagarpalika has objected on issuing death certifiacate citing reasons that since death has taken place in Mathura hence death certificate will be issued from Mathura only. Can anyone guide me as from where I would get death certificate & what is the process in such suitations. Thank you in advance. regards,

You should submit an application along with medical certificate to the local municipal authority of Mathura(place of death),not Bharatpur.

Nothing can be done against such experts who defy the common decision not to attend such queries.

What is the problem if a unanimity among experts is maintained?

Respected raj kumar makkad sir,

You have also replied a query when already it was pointed that it is from anonymous author.

Respected Goyal ji! I do remember that query. In that query, the author had subsequently disclosed his name in the same query hence after coming to know his name, I had replied it.

Generally after coming to know, I don't attend the query raised by anonymous persons. Error is human nature which should kindly be also extended to myself.
