DEAR SIR
I HAVE MADE AN RTI APPLICATION TO GOVERNMENT OFFICE AND OBTAIN THE INFORMATION WHICH INDICATE THAT THEIR IS CORRUPTION IN AWARDING TENDER AND THE TENDER PROCESS IS WRONG/IRREGULARITIES OF BYE LAWS OF COAL INDIA LIMITED.
IN VIEW OF ABOVE:
CAN I ASKED THE NAME, FATHER NAME AND DESIGNATION OF THE OFFICER WHO HAVE FINALLY SIGNED THE SANCTION LETTER/GRANTED THE TENDER.

Respected Makkad ji,
I have asked the name, fathers name and designation of the responsible officer in my second RTI Application because firstly i want to gather the documents so that i could first scrutinize the entire documents. So i have asked in my 2nd RTI application.

You can ask the required information. If refuse to provide, file first appeal.

In official process the name of father is neither required nor is provided. A man is known in his designation so better to seek our information only upto that extent. BUT if you have already moved, insist upon that.

Respected Makkad Ji.. I have made an application on dated 23-08-2016 to the CPIO and after expiry of 35 days I move to 1st Appeal which date of hearing was on 08-11-2016, after hearing the 1st Appellate Authority told me that the direction for information will passed by 1st AA, and i will get the information within 07 days, but it is now 16 day passed no information from CPIO has been provided neither 1st AA have given me the findings of 1st Appeal under RTI, what to do, can i move to 2nd appeal, what is time period to move to 2nd appeal.
Please suggest me

Prey for penalty on CPIO as per RTI Act for not providing information.
