Change in contents of fir , time and date .

Can changes be made to FIR for the column

3(b)information received at p.s date__and time __

as in the final report/challan the above columns have a back dated and different entry.

whereas the 3(c)general diary number and time are same in both .

It cannot be changed, however, the discrepancy can definitely be brought on file by the concerned police officials during their evidence. Even concerned record can be summoned by either of the parties during the trial.
