Dear sir,
If a single case justify as rowdy sheeter...
Before one and half year one person file a fake case against to my father.the FIR is filed under IPC section 307.then the police officers booked rowdy sheeter on my father's name but after few months charge sheet was submitted as IPC section 326..that case also fake case.Can u tell the further activities.....can we fight against the officers in court......

Definitely you can file compensation for malicious prosecution as well as can file criminal case against such persons.

Can we ask any permission from the higher officers like SP to file the case against that person....

Sir i was applying information related to my father's sheet in police station using RTI..But they refused to give such information.....what is the next step i need to do to get the information.....bcz based on the given information i file the writ to the high Court......or if straight away i need contact the advocate....

You need no lawyer for filing your first appeal before the appellate police officials as you have been denied with such information.

If first appellate authority in RTI has not ordered supply of information, you should file second appeal to State Information Commissioner.
