sir land belongs to my grandfather at hyderabad city was occupied by neighbour and our grantfather was the Inamdar after 15years we came to know the fact now the occupier wants to settle dispute as per law what is our shaer as owner and share of occupire kindly tell me.

In which capacity, your house has been occupied by by neighbour?

As the occupation is illegal hence there is no law defining what share should be retained by you and what should be given in the compromise to be effected between the parties under contest.
