i am 41 years old accused-victim of 498a
case is in trials in lower court
a2, a3, a4 are my old parents and elder sister
they are not in a position to attend lower court, because the place of my residence else where(other city)
currently they are on attendance dispense by the direction of high court and not attending the trial court, this was decided in 2011, when i was working.
Now my case is running with the help of legal aid.
current position of trial stage: only pw1 (de facto complainant) was examined in part
query
1) at this stage can we file for discharge because, i dont know about this before framing of charges, nor my advocate(legal aid) did not tell me
2) can we take permission or dispense for attendance of a2, a3, & a4 on the final day of judgment
