Hello Sir my name is Vaishali Jain I have got married on 3/12/2014 and my message is this that my husband left the house on 9th of march 2016 without any reason as I was in the office and he called me and said that he filed for divorce then he did not receive my phone I ttalked to my in laws and they did not help me I was searching for my husband and then filed a complaint in women cell and he said I will get the notice from court as there was first date was on 11/03/2016 as per my husband and my in laws but I did not receive any legal notice for divorce again my father IIn law said that court has given another date on 5th May 2016 but again I have not received anything by the court what should I do as I want to stay with my husband and do not want to give divorce please let me know what should I do in this situation.

You better engage an advocate to find out whether indeed a divorce suit is filed.
If that is so then appear in the suit and contest the same.
The notice for some reason may not be reaching you.
Alternatively you can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

Find out in which court case is filed and oppose the case through your lawyer.
You have not mentioned why he left?

Get the confirmation whether he has filed any such petition. You can also file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights or if you want to end this relationship, then you can file a divorce petition and mention his last known address and his parents address as his address. But first you decide you want to carry this relation in future or you want to get rid of it.

Sir I want to save my marriage he left the house because from last two months he was not giving money for rent and for other expenses and I asked him the reason his mother always interfair in our relation and that my husband should leave me and should give me divorce he left house when I was not available in home and was in the office before marriage also there was 376 case has been filed by us and after 6 months of our marriage we have closed that case after queshing of that case my parent in laws started forcing my husband to leave me and I was bitten by my husband as well and started fighting with me without any reason and his parents harassed me alot so that is why I asked you to provide me solution there is last date on 18th of April in women cell and my husband is blaming me that I forced him to leave the house which is lie. Its been 35 days and my husband is living somewhere alone I don't kknow where and he is attending every counselling hearing.

can search net to find out any divorce petition is filed?
If yes. u need to oppose it
If no, u wait and watch .
do not take any hasty decision or any legal action, Vaishali, otherwise it spoil the life.
It is evident that you force him to marry you by 376
Usually it don't work.
So try to do it tactfully.

I am staying in gurgaon and my husband is also staying in gurgaon somewhere else and this is the reason I did not file for any case only complaint in women cell that's it I have no idea that my husband actually filed for divorce or not? as still I did not get any legal notice for divorce my be he is lying I talked to his parents but they did not allow me to enter in their house. Sir I filed for 376 because my husband made relationship for marriage but his parents refused for marriage that time after our marriage me and my husband living in gurgaon separate but his parents alwayalways force him to go back his home alone and should leave me forever I don't know on which statement he filed for divorce because his father again Said that the next hearing is on 4th of may next month so do I need to file anything tthat my husband left home and not staying with me he has only his clothes and other things are here at home with me so I have doubt may be he is Lyng.

I have checked all the details and found me and my husband name in the list of rohini court on 11/04/2016 and my husband filed divorce for under section 13 (Ia) by the name of saurabh jain vs vaishali please let me know what should I do now as I really want my husband should come back and want to save my marriage
