Writing of will

(Querist) 09 March 2016 This query is : Resolved
I want to seek clarification as to if it is possible to mention the names of more than one beneficiaries in a will.

To clarify if the beneficiary mentioned in will is predeceased then the property will go to the second beneficiary.

Like if the property is to go to wife by will and she is predeceased then it will go to son.

please clarify

Thanks

If the property is your self owned then you can transfer the property through will.. there can be any number of beneficiary... if the property transferred to your wife after your death as per your will then after the death of your wife the property shall be transferred to her successors.. here you can also mention the provisions of the transfer of the property after the death of your wife.
