No. If Apex has upheld sentence of an accused person then there is no scope of regular bail, however, such person is still entitled to get bail in certain contingencies/emergencies if granted by lower court.

If the Supreme Court itself convicted the accused person then there lies no further appeal and hence no question of bail arises.

To file an SLP in criminal matter what i understood is that the SC needs the Jail certificate of the convict. That means he has to surrender before the court which initially convicted him or before the court where the convicting court decides. The if the SLP is allowed the matter will be heard. Before that SC may release him on bail. Or may hear the matter and dispose the same. If the SC convicts him he has to undergo the jail sentence no OTHER go. If any difference of OPINION please enlighten ME.
