Second appeal for an early hearing

Can you please tell me the genuine grounds for an early and out of turn hearing of a long pending second appeal at High Court?My father is more than 85 years old and mutation of the land is also not happening because the case is pending at High Court of Patna.Situation is deadlocked.Please suggest a remedy.

Sr. Citizens are given priority. Log on to HC website and go thru rules.

Or our lawyer shall do the needful.

file application u/s 151 of cpc in high court for early hearing of appeal stating that ur father is senior citizen and thus appeal be heard and decided at the earliest.

Human approach needs to be taken and priority shall be given for hearing and early disposal of the cases filed by the senior citizens. To this effect some High Courts have given instructions. Therefore, ou need to file an application for expediting the hearing on the grounds of age and health. The court will have to pass an order on your application.
