Consumer dispute

(Querist) 26 November 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Experts,
If a consumer feels that there is deficiency in the service he ought to goto consumer forum... My question is, can he file a civil suit for recovery of the value of the goods/services along with compensation for mentol agony, without going to consumer forum.... I'm facing such issue...pls advice me to come out from the civil case...

You may show all docs on record and give inputs to an able counsel specializing in consumer/civil matters.


Your counsel can advise you on consumer complaint and civil suit with damages.

better go for consumer case as disposal is fast and less costly than civil case.

You can. However, consumer forum is fast and less costly in providing relief.
