Dear experts,
It is possible to get information of student from the BBA institute , what documents student submitted at the time of admission. If possible , what is the procedure to get information by RTI.

As per your narration, the information sought can not be given because it falls under the category of third person. Before giving information about third person, his consent is required. Another issue, first make sure that the institute of BBA is covered under RTI or not

You can file RTI application seeking the information as sought by you. As per the provisions of section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005, the PIO can over rule the objections of the third party, in case the information sought for by the applicant attracts "Larger Public Interest". Hence, I advise you to file application under rti act seeking the information.
