Regarding noc

Dear sir,
I am Class 1 officer in CG, and willing to apply to PSU through competitive exam GATE. Is it necessary to obtain NOC? and if Department refuses to give NOC what to do?

You should apply through department, send one copy directly also.

Before I reply your query, I would like to know--

(1) to which department and service you belong?

(2) What is your basic qualification and in which stream you have obtained the qualification?

(3) Are you a direct recruit or a promotee in the CG?

(4) how many years of service you have rendered in that cadre of service? And

(5) Which of the PSU has prescribed GATE and for which of its service?

(6) Is the requirement of NOC that of the PSU in which you want to apply?

If the PSU notification stipulates that the employees of CG must apply duly enclosing the NOC, then you have take NOC. If the CG refused to give NOC, then approach the court.
