MY QUERIES ARE:- 1)IS IT NECESSARY TO GET A GIFT DEED REGISTERED? 2) WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR GETTING THAT DONE? 3) WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THAT? 4) LASTLY, WHAT IS THE CIRCLE RATE FOR A INDUSTRIAL PLOT IN SITE-4, KASNA, SURAJPUR?

By Showing the Original documents Of the Property which is to be registered in your Favour You could Prepare and Get Executed a Settlement Deed which would be Very Less Expensive than Gift Deed and Sale Deed.The Fee you confirm with your Concerned Registrar.For your 4th Query concerned Registrar would be the Right Person.
