Sir I was posted as assistant teacher at 4200 grade on 31/07/2013 , while I applied for assistant teacher in junior school at 4600 grade. I got lien for one year from 30/09/2015 and I joined at 01/10/2015 to new post. I want to know that how pay will be decided and what are the rules for service book. I also want to know what will happen if I revert back to my original post (4200 grade).

1) Pay in the new post will be fixed based on the pay fixation rules of the department.

2) If you are reverted back to the original post, your pay in the original post will be protected as per rules.

And please clear one thing more, if I revert back to my original post will I loose my seniority or will it count from original date of posting (31/07/2013)

no you will not lose seniority. But your pay will be fixed in such manner as if throughout you were earning increments in lower grade.
