Should I register a paying guest having 12 girls ?

Hi
I would like to know if I need to register the PG that I am running if there are just 12 girls. I am asking this because I read in some article that PG is considered commercial only if there are more than 12 people staying

If you are planning to keep 12 girls as paying guests, it is more of a lodge .

you will have to make application to local municipal corporation as you will be running a lodge, because it is certainly commercial. .

By no stretch of imagination keeping 12 girls in your house would be labelled as paying guests .

Registering the PG will safeguard your interests as the conditions incorporated in the rule being complied properly, will protect the interests of your business by avoiding unnecessary complications by police especially when they intend to avenge you, they may impose immoral traffic act too, hence be on the safer side.
