Idbi to be privatized

(Querist) 26 September 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir/Madam,
Today i have read that govt is going to reduce its stake to less than 50% in idbi. What about students who have given ibps for recruitment in public sector banks and other public sector banks. Isn.t it like fraud to them. What to do if idbi bcms pvt????

Did they give any assurance that it will not be privatised?

In any case, if you do not like it to be privatised and if you do not work there, you are always free to quit.

Quite irrelevant question!

There is no fraud if the IDBI proposes to be privatised.

If you are an aspirant of a job in the IDBI, you can very well withdraw your candidature, if you are not satisfied with the proposal of the IDBI. Nobody can compel you to serve the IDBI.

Any organisation is not obliged to withhold their development, enhancement or resurrection plans just for the sake of the applicants for the jobs. Their business is not subject to the needs of the aspirants of jobs in the organisation.

If you happen to be in IDBI then be part of negotiations of service conditions etc............

Even Electricity Board in Delhi was split and handed over to Discoms.............and conditions were negotiated.

Keep the job advt, selection, non of posts, prospectus carefully.
