Sir I m shambhu prasad from Bihar I did my 10th class from janta inter college and after 10th did 11th also from this school . but in 11th had plan to move Delhi for medical exam preparation so I took admission in a school in 12th in gaya district but at the time of admission school asked only 10th class passing certificate as some of my friend did the same in past as in this school I have to just present for a 4-5 month attendance and I could appear for 12th board exam same way I write 12th exam got good marks . I got passed out and for god grace selected in MBBS in maulana azad new Delhi now when at the time of degree issue my college said me to bring district education officer signature over class 12th tc I came to know that school from where I did only 12th shown that I did both 11th and 12th from there when I enquire to school about it they said we have shown that u did 11th from our school and did the registration in the board by same registration no and ask me to not to worry . I know that my 12th class result is genuine and I self give exam and all that .
But experts I m worried about the thing that there is also a record of 11th from school where I did my 10th .
Its been arnd 9 year no problem I face till now as every body ask for 10th &12th board marks .
But experts kindly guide me due to the fault of school am I guilty how should deal with situation if this fact come in picture in future . or it will be beneficial for me to just forget that i did multiple 11th in same time (only in record ). As till now no problem faced .
And sir at that time my age was 17 year I was not adult so is by any mean I am gulity or part of crime if yes how to protect me from that

Jeevan sir thanks a lot for your input . I had not did any thing wrong knowingly so the mistake that school give me tension kindly tell me sir that in this case m I guilty I don't want to get arrested I didn't do nothing wrong . sir at that time I was 16year so I am safe na .

No problem till now. If school is genuine, record proper, nothing seem to worry at this stage.

Thanks Mr . rajendra sir yes school is genuine state owned government school and 12th result publish on board website even can check it through website now as well . just problem that create tension in mind is there is a record of 11th in school from I did 10th . and school from I did 12th didn't ask tc from school that I last attended . I asked it about some teachers its school fault not mine . if they give you admission on your 10th passing certificate . should I keep hide this fact that I did 11th from school where I did 10th and just say that from there I pass 10th only after that joined school from I did 12th .

THE SCHOOL MIGHT HAVE GOT YOUR/GUARDIAN SIGNTUARE OF ON THE FORM FRAUDULENTLY SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD?
As till now no problem faced . And sir at that time my age was 17 year I was not adult so is by any mean I am gulity or part of crime if yes how to protect me from that
IT IS THE CIVIL LIABILITY WHICH IS PROTECTED PARTIALLY DUE TO MINORITY AND NOT CRIMINAL LIABLILITY

Sudhir sir thanks for your point to point input . sir I have 12th class certificate And mark sheet I had given 12th exam and properly result out on board website .
Sir could be possible that school took my father sign but now its if no use .
Sir its just creat tension in my mind . problem was just that school from I did my 12th class mistakenly or by fault register me in board stating that I did 11th from same here inspite of school should state that I did my 11th from school where I did 10th .
Now sir I am afraid that in near future I don't want to go jail bluntly said cause I have not proper knowledge of law . if my degree got void no worry I am capable to do business .
Should I have to hide this fact about 11th class as no one would ask for that . as I already came to know some days before .

Should I have to go to my previous school from I did 10th ask to erase the 11th class data from their record .
