Under section 420

(Querist) 31 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear a person complaint against me in court and registered a case section 420 there i got the bail from lower court and went to revision there my application has been accepted,Thereafter that person lodged fir in police station in same crime and same section against,police was searching me between this my anitcepatary bail rejected from local and as well as from high court,thereafter i prayed to local court there complaint case is already running i prayed to sir in same crime two fir lodged against me once from the order of court and second in police station that is not justice,court listnd me and passed a order to police second fir dispose or merged in complaint case.Sir now some question arise i need them reply please guide and help me.

1.
Now police can arrest me and take on remand

2.will police dispose the fir without or with investigation is there any provision there court ordered to dispose the fir inspite of that police can investigate me

3.If that the person take withdraw his complaint case ,then once again i will take bail from court.and police can arrest me.

in this case i am not any where on record or of record police only lodged fir according to oral statement.matter is disputed land.which was purchased by the complainant he is blaming me i was broker in that deal while in document of sale deed i am not witness and also not any agreement execute by me about that land.sir please help me.

Its should be clubbed under section 210 crpc. 2 firs can not run in between same party n same cause of action n same offence simultaneously . There r several rulings of supreme court of india.
