I lives in a village in jhansi I was born at home in 1995 now I require my birth certificate for my passport I don't have any documents regarding my birth but I have all other documents like voter id, pan, aadhar and other. Now what I have to get my birth certificate.

you can file a petition before your concern judicial magistrate court., after perusal of your documents, if the magistrate satisfied mean he may issue the direction to the concern tahsildar to register your birth and the same sahll be issued to you.

so you may appoint an advocate to act on behalf of you..

query is on procedure not on law. You are not first or last person to be born in a village and needing birth certificate.

file an application supported by affidavit before SDM of your area stating that you were born on.... but your parents could not get registered your birth. after this, CMO report is required, then the concerned birth/death registrar or svidha centre would issue the birth certificate.
