Related to divorce decree

Completed first motion and second motion.

lawyer is saying it may take 1 month(extending day by day) to obtain divorce decree.

Query
how the divorce decree can be obtained. Is there any formalities that i neet to do. any fee required for this.

Decree is formal expression of the judgment for which no separate fees to be paid in your case. Decree is to be drawn up to its effect or challenge it before higher forum.The court itself will draw the decree.

Your advocate/counsel is himself delaying the matter as he might be desirous of charging extra or unpaid fee from you otherwise the copy can be obtained within a week period. Better talk to him or directly obtain copy from Copying branch and fee therein very normal i.e. below Rs. 100/-

No there is no fee required for obtaining a decree.
