Hello Evryone ,

I have taken Admission in Medical Course (MBBS) in july 2013 . Therafter Admission was Cancelled By Governing Body In same Year After 3 months of my course due to Unfair Means. I have filed WP in Highcourt that was dismissed, Than In Apex Court They also Dismissed. At the same time FIR was Lodged And criminal Preoceding were initiated Against Me. But In Criminal Trial They Discharged Me in 2015.

1. Can i File Review in Supreme Court In the light of This Ground. ? For restate my Admission Again in same college, As seat is still vacant.

Both writ petitions were dismissed on the ground of pending criminal case?

If it is so you can file a fresh writ petition also..

Thank you so much sir for your reply and yes . It was dismissed when criminal were pending. This is new devlopmnt. So i have to proceed first high court or directly file WP in Supreme court . Wht u think sir?

And sir it was dismissed as both civil and criminal were in high court and trial court respectvly . we argued a that time since criminl is pending admission cncllation is not justify. But judge deny this.

What were the decisions of the High Court and the Apex Court? Is it that they refused to interfere because of the pending cases?

Again, were you acquitted on merits or on benefit of doubt?

If it is the former, then the best course would be to approach the Apex Court under Article 32.

You should consult some senior lawyer and show him all the documents.

NO. Sir They dismissed while seeing the prime Fascia Of the case in HIghcourt And Supreme Court They illeme Dismiss the petition Becoz Someother Petiotioner In vacation bench approaches the SC and Dismised their petition . than mine petition also dismiised by just seeing the office report in Supreme court.

And m Acquiited In trial Court On the Ground that Investigation Agency Doesn't Filed the chargsheet uptillnow therefore the accused is discharge and criminal proceedings against him is dismissed.

mr.vishal, as of your right situation it is challengeable beofore your High court it self. even if you approached our apex court mean its may be some fast relief., as well as may be fruitful result.
