Hello sir,
I wish to know that how much alimoney court would be decided on condition below-
1) my marriage is only 2 and half month old
2)498a and divorece case running
3)wife and my salary 30K
4)No dependabel my parents as father pension earner.
pls suggest as per your experians.

The factors to be considered in determining the amount of Alimony payable to the wife, children,they are as follows – the position of and status of the parties, the reasonable wants of the claimant, the claimant if living separately is justified or not, the income of the claimant and the value of the claimant’s property and the number of persons entitled to maintenance.
In your case, if your wife is employed,then she would not be considered.If you do not have any child,so there is no maintenance of the child.Produce proper evidence of income of your wife.

Why do you wish the alimony to be decided by the Court? Why do you (both) may not sit together and decide?
There are about 11 factors enumerated by Delhi High Court in many judgments which include status of parties, living style of parties, income and expenses of parties, assets and liabilities of parties etc. etc.
