She is entitled to her share in deceased father's property.

However, to know how to proceed, your property is worth 2.25 crores, better hire services of some capable lawyer, which you can well afford, to help you in settlement of your case to bind each other while making Rs.60 thousands per month, or to help selection of the better option which type of deed you should select.

It is believed that you are Hindu.

The owner (father) has died in 2007 and thus succession has opened in 2007.

All of ClassI legal heirs: wife, sons ,daughters (married/unmarried) have equal share.

You are hinting a t some family settlement.

Engage the services of an able lawyer in family/revenue/property/civil matters so that you do not fave any problems in future.

Register the deed.
