i parked my truck four year ago in my house since then i never drove it in road but i did not surrendered it in RTO, now Rs 72,000/- tax has been served on me. Any legal remedy is available to me under which provision.
My point is when i did not drive it y i shd pay

Why you have purchased the truck if you had no intention to use it? You are liable to pay the tax.

Being a lawyer, according to your profile, what could be the purpose of buying a truck just for parking in your house?

The claim is for tax from Government, either oppose the claim through court and prove that the truck was never on road / not usable or pay the amount.
