Sir/mam, I get married 1 year 3 moths back. I like to get separate from my husband and wish to get divorced.my husband mother always abuses me and my husband do all of those things which his mother said to him.his mother said me to live without husband and only with his mother and father.she always get involved in husband and wife communication. My husband tell all the communication to his mother .his mother forbid him to sit even with me.my husband and his mother always abuses me and my family.they never get me involved in their talking too and always talk secretly.my husband and his mother never help me financially also.they don't give me the maintainence.my husband mother abuse me always of not having any child too. Suggest me what to do and how can I get maintenance and divorce.

MARRIAGE IS AN INSTITUTION; IT TAKES ABOUT ONE FULL YEAR OR SO TO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER; BUT MUCH EARLIER IT IS NOT FEASIBLE TO ADJUST AFTER ALL EITHER YOU OR YOUR HUSBAND ARE NEW TO EACH OTHER; THAT FORCES YOU PEOPLE TO GO TO THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS FOR ANY SUPPORT THAT IS NATURAL ;
SO TILL BOTH ADJUST WITH OTHER, BOTH NEED TO GIVE TIME TO THE OTHER TO PROPERLY APPRECIATE EACH OTHER'S ISSUES, THAT IS VERY NORMAL.
HAVING A CHILD MEANS BOTH COMES CLOSER TO EACH OTHER IS THE AGE OLD PERCEPTION THAT WAY IN THE PAST HINDUS ALWAYS VALUED MARRIAGE IS MADE IN HEAVEN. THAT WAY PEOPLE CONTINUED THEIR MAN WOMAN RELATIONS, AS MARRIAGE IS NOT ONLY RELATED TO SEX BUT RELATED TO OVER ALL FAMILY LIFE.. SO INITIALLY WHEN OTHER GETS ANGRY ONE YIELDS BY SILENCE MODE, THAT WAY REINFORCEMENT OF LIFE IS ENSURED.
PLS TRY TO RECONCILE TO BUILD UP LIFE MEANINGFULLY.
PLS TRY AGAIN, AFTER ALL DIVORCE LEADS TO ANOTHER MARRIAGE AGAIN GIVES RISE TO NEW ISSUES.
SO PLEASE TRY T APPRECIATE EACH OTHER, I AM SURE THERE WOULD BE BETTER DAYS TO SURFACE IN THE PRESET MARRIAGE LIFE , I BELIEVE YOU WOULD GIVE A SUITABLE RECONCILIATION CHANCE.

If u want to break tie seriously then
1) file divorce under cruelty
2) also for maintenance under DV Act

Try to have amicable solution. Due to ego problem or otherwise if no adjustment possible, file divorce case.

my view is divorce is no solution to any problems so we always say 'tough times never last but tough people last' so bad times are always some bad patch could you run away from your cancer and like disease too. think a while is my view.
if every one runs away where is the need of medicine, surgery, clinical psychology, consulting psychology, and the like why govt recognizes them too as a profession ,think a while,don't you agree they are also as good a profession like that of advocacy or like that of advocacy, in fact advocacy is also some psychological satisfaction only.
life is a mechanism without which life does not work, every thing we assume is some kind of mental aberration only but we have to be carefully to tread our lives, else shallows and miseries...time and tide wait for none but very man has to take his own wisest decision on his own without any one's 'great' ideas, after all every one's ideas is based on his or her own experiences only....if i am a quick silver mentality i would have at least scores of times divorced and married scores of times,but may perhaps in the same boat of divorces and marriage and divorce and marriage cycle...
never give in to giveable angry moments in life but that way wisdom was considered the best option.
there is no guarantee for any quarreling person, there would never be quarrels if e or she never desists to quarrel, is my think pl.
it is upto you hat you want to do...after all man has to be a change agent that is called humanism, after all every one of us suffer from short gripes and groans....i may think you might know, why other advisers too on this net, yet force of income need forces one to litigate ideas . that s all.
