Some local goons are occupied my new purchased land and asking for money. I am looking for a Criminal Lawyer near Nabadwip-Krishanagr, Nadia. The said land exist under nabadwip police station.

@ Devajyoti Barman, Sir thanks for your answer. Sharing details below.

I have purchased one piece of land for someone (individual) on last 29th May. Now 5-6 local people are asking money from me as well as from seller to get the procession of the land and they have fenced the land with bamboo and threatening me if I don’t give the money to them, then they will not allow me to enter the given land. And in absence of seller I have to pay both portions. Want to take actions against these people through legal means.
Please note this is an open land and there is no structure exist in this land.
