(Querist) 23 May 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir,

My wife is a working lady and have been working for the last 10 years in Govt organisation.
Me and my wife are both divorcee. This is our second marriage.
I have filed seperation case U/s 10 case aganist my wife around one year back. I have been living seperatly with her since One and half years.

Now i have heard from her near and dear that she is telling that i will commit suiside and put the name of my husband and their mother and father.

I am not picking up her phone calls. She calls me two to three times everyday. I am thinking that she wants to implicate me and my family in false cases.

you are requested to suggest me what should i do in this situation

Regards

Vijay Kopikar

Nothing, just lodge a complaint with police about such threats.
Do remember one thing that the person who commits suicide does not give empty threats. This lady is not going to commit suicide.

I fully agree with the advice of expert Shri Devajyoti Barman. What are the reasons for differences between you. You both should reconcile to some extent as both of yours is second time marriage.

Once bitten but twice shy, second marriage for both, but on the rocks on the verge of breakup. Don't take hasty decisions as life is precious. This is a beautiful world created by the almighty and we as humans have to make our life fruitful rather than destroy it.Try for a patch up.

You may not pick her calls, you may lodge complaint with the police about her threatening activities.

Try to have amicable solution and keep ego away. If not possible proceed as advised by the experts.
