Mr./Ms. Judgment day,
1. Are you really named as "Judgmentday"? or you have adopted to play a trick on the experts on this platform and avoid the tag of being "anonymous"?
2. Unfit query, no law is involved to be advised.
3. Wait and watch the "judgment day" for pronouncement of "judgment".
4. Seek advise and services of your lawyer, do not be over smart.

Dear Mr.Vashista,
Is there a requirement that we should not use anonymous names while posting queries to Experts i am not aware of that.I changed my id now.when i clearly start my query with 'my wife' you are addressing me as Mr./Ms?.I am not sure what is the problem you have with the user ids btw especially when other experts had answered my query before you.

Experts,
The judgement is again postponed to the end of this month.This is the 7th time it is getting postponed after Mar second week,the date during which the first judgement is supposed to be pronounced and its clearly more than 2 months now.As you all clarified that there is no other option but to wait i will wait.Thanks you all for your expert opinion.

What is the opinion of your appointed lawyer in this case? Your query does not come under the scope and perview of legal problem that needs expertise advice. Your query relates to business of the court. What your lawyer did so far? Is he sleeping? Tell him to accellarate the case if the situation needs he can visit the Judge in his chamber at the recess hours or to draw attention of the Chief Judge for such unusual and inordinate delay in pronouncing /delivering Judgement and order.

Hi Biswanath Roy sir,
My lawyer is least bothered now after getting the total money and every time saying 'have patience' and at times mentioning due to summer vacation judge is on leave and hence postponed to next date .i will ask him to visit judge at his chamber as you mentioned and thnks again for your expert advise.

@Rahul Pandey,
I think you have not read the rules of this platform and therefore you did not disclose your identity, however, anonymous author is not entertained by the experts on this platform, you can recheck. Since you have mentioned "judgmentday" as the author, it speaks volumes about yourself, as I observed.
This is a public platform where experts are providing FREE consultancy to needy litigants, when you have already engaged a lawyer, chase him/her, put as many questions/queries you have, which is a matter of your right as you have engaged him/her. On the other hand this platform is CHARITABLE, which you are aware. Accordingly you can not dictate the experts, it is the will and wish to oblige you (or any other author of query).
It would be advisable to ask your lawyer for further advise/guidance, if dissatisfied change him/her immediately and stop this thread.

I agree and go with the views and opinion of senior learned counsel respected Biswanath Roy sir, nothing more to add. That seems to be a perfect solution suggestion.
Navaneetha Krishnan (Querist) 24 May 2015
Thanks kalaiselvan Ji I too take the advise of biswanath sir and other experts suggestions and hence closing this thread.
