There is no mention of hospital name in my birth certificate

there is no mention of hospital name in my birth certificate.
only place name is mentioned.

It is written in birth certificate----

place of birth- Nagerbazar,Dumdum

but there is no mention of any hospital.

will it be any problem?

is hospital name has to be mentioned?

No need. Quite simple, why the municipality should mention when your parents would not have got the name of hospital recorded in their records?

the birth certificate is very old. it was issued in 1988. i was born on 1985. i found it in an old almirah.
only father's name written there. there is no mother's name.

it is written-------

dob 3/4/1985.

birth certificate issued in 4/7/1988

No use of discussing anything else other than the facts contained in the birth certificate, more so, when the company does not have any concern whether your birth took place in a hospital or at your home.
