Joining a new psu after resigning previous psu but without informing both new psu and previous psu a

(Querist) 16 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
I am in Probation period of 1 year in a psu 'x' and I have executed a non judicial bond with Psu 'x' to serve it for five years after probation. Now, after 8 months of joining Psu 'x' ,I have got an offer of appointment from a new Psu 'y'. What I am intending to do is resigning the previous Psu 'x' before joining new Psu 'y'. But neither i do have informed about my previous employment to new Psu 'y'
not about my new job to the Psu 'x'.Can this action of mine lead to any legal action??

If Yes ,then what will be an appropriate solution as I am very keen to join new Psu 'y'??? Also I have to join new PSU withing 15 days..

Please reply as soon as possiible

THank You!

Your question seems to be an academic query.

However, when you have already signed bond for serving the psu for 5 years, how do you propose to get relieved by the PSU 'x' on your selection in PSU 'y'?

Dear Dhingra Sir,
First of all,Thank You very much for your reply
In service agreement bond ,the term is that if I leave the Psu 'x' before 5 Years, then I will have to pay an amount of 3 lakh rupees which I am ready to pay.
As I am going to resign in Psu 'x' on personal ground .Then after Psu 'x' will relieve me. All this process cannot be completed within 15 days time.
So, I am not informing Psu 'y' about my employment in 'X' and after writing my resignation in psu 'x',I will join 'y' and as 'y' is unaware of my employment ,it is not going to ask for any relieving letter.
As,I will have alreaady resigned in 'x' before joining 'y',My question is,"Can this action of mine in anyway lead to any legal action against me??

In view of your clarification, better pay the bond amount and get relieved, s you cannot expect the PSU to relieve you without fulfilling the conditions of the bond. You need not show any reason for resigning from your job.
