Sir,,,I an aspirant of appsc,,I have appeared for group 1 exam of 2011 notification.. Supreme court ordered appsc to reconduct the exam as there are mistakes in the key..neither appsc nor govt is bothered about reconduction..since the state got devided there are no new notifications from a long tym..we waiting from 2012 for the exam to be conducted..whom should we question??

Dear Mr. Soori,
You can well imagine, who cares for the jobs for the candidates as against the fulfillment of priority need of the politicians, more specifically if the SC in its decision had not given any specific deadline for the reconduct of the examination. If no specific date has been given in the judgment of the SC, even contempt of court may not work in the favour of the candidates. More or less, direct recruitment of class-I officers is aimed at providing assistance to the political bosses.
There can be several pit falls in deciding vacancies of each state after bifurcation of the AP state in to two. There may be several issues to be decided first, e.g., (1) finaliisation of the issues of pick & chose of the officers of their individual likings by the political bosses; (2) distribution of posts of officers amongst the states; (3) formulation of terms of options for the rest of the state officers seeking transfers to any one of the two states; (4) Calculation of vacancies for each of the two states after adjustment of officers by transfer from respective offices of one state to those ofanother another state; (5) taking decision, as to whether APPSC would be the common selection body to hold such exams for both the states or some other body would be required to be set up for the selection process for the Telangana state by passing some Act of the state, etc. Except the job of item # (1) all other priorities can be expected to get back seat for indfinite period. So you can very well understand, who cares the needs of a common man as against the political priorities of the leaders?
So, forget about early decision on conduct of examination by the APPSC in the wake of unsettled state of affairs of the two different states.
The solution, therefore, lies only in getting fresh order of the SC for fixing some specific date for conduct of the exam by the APPSC, itself, in lieu of the 2011 exam.
