I want to know what practical approach to be actioned for Co. Op. Banks for TDS provision on interest paid to depositors u/s 194 untill the proposed provision passed in June in parliament.

You may have to follow the existing procedure only so long the new law comes into force. Dont be so impatient or curious about a thing which is not in existence on this date.
