Hi I m new comer into this field of litigation
have been to court to attend matters but had never filed PF/RC
as now i feel i must also know the whole procedure of filing a suit and also filing pf/rc , wil be greatful if any one could help me knowinbg the exact procedure of filing PF/RC at Patiala House Court

It is better to contact any clerek of any advocate, he shall practically involve you in the process and by that way you can learn better than telling anything here because you have already read CPC but have forgot it so contact any Munshi.
