Permanent exemption from personal appearance of complainant

Hi Sir/s,
CRPC u/s 205 described the remedy for accused to grant permanent exemption from personal appearance. My quarry is bit different i.e. what is the remedy for complainant for permanent exemption from personal appearance on the ground of Non Resident Indian?
is there any case law in respect of the same? Please guide .....

we dont provide case laws . make application to court that you would be represented by lawyer on all dates and grant exemption from personal experience
