Proposed Society

We made a proposed society in 1994 on open plot.
It is still poposed society because there is EWS reservation on that soc.and plot is not NA plot.
We want to sell this plot now in 2015.

Can we sell this plot being a proposed society.

What do you mean by the connotation "proposed society?" I presume the society is yet to be formed i.e., non-existent?
The titleholder has every right to sell the plot, consult a local lawyer.

Consult local lawyer and show him the relative documents.

Who holds the title of the plot.

Has any agreement to sell / Sale deed been made out in favour of the Society by the title holder

Has any money been advanced to the Landlord as advance money by the Society.

If the landlord holds a clear title he can dispose of his property.

The proposed society may be in the proposal stage itself therefore plot owners are not bound by a body which is not existing and can proceed with the sale of plots as per their desire.
