Hi,
In the year 2011 we had booked a plot (Plot Number 14) developed by Agrigold company in bangalore.
We have payed the full amount in three installments. Still now they dint get the plot registered in my name. And now the court has ordered Agrigold company not to do any type of business or transaction. The reason they gave me for not able to register the plot is the 40% of the plots are not released by BMICAPA as there is some pending work in developing the plot. Now how can I get the plot registered in my name.The reason for court to order Agrigold not to do any business or transaction is because, the company is involved in cheating common people by collecting deposits illegally

send lawyer legal notice to them to register plot in ur name in 1 month time failing which file suit for specific performance in civil court.
