sir,
i want to know how to check whether a property is clean or not,(is there any pending case on the property or it is OK to own it.
also i want to know the procedure of buying a property with the help of home loans.

contact a local lawyer . you have to take 30 years search in office of sub registrar. obtain certificate from lawyer that title is clear and marketable .

approach bank for home loan . bank will finance your home loan if you meet the eligibility criteria

Get the search report from your lawyer.

Better get the loan from public sector Bank, they would also get non encumbrance report for 30 years from their lawyer.
