Selling of collective land at village

(Querist) 29 January 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Sir I have a collective land at my village now our cousins wants to sell that land but I do not want to sell my part of it. Therefore you are requested to guide me in this regard? cousins are asking for my NOC /consent to sell their part of land what are the documents I should ask to them to secure me and my legal heirs interest? plz. guide I will be highly oblige

enter into deed of family settlement for partition of land by metes and bounds . after partition let your cousins sell their share of land

Get settlement and partition deed executed and registered, he can sell his partitioned share.
