Guest (Expert) 29 January 2015
Dear Captain Sukhdev Singh,

I was not surprised to see the first part of your query, "One gets very informative messages from this website. but I am surprised to read the following type massages on this web site. i.Does experts and Advocates believe in such Baba's and black magic? ii. If not, then these messages are not to mislead the public."

However, I am much more surprised to find yourself making the ad for the said babji by reproducting their mobile numbers, THAT TOO NINE TIMES, rather than you were surprised by seeing the messages.

CAN YOU PLEASE JUSTIFY giving repeatedly the mobile numbers of the said babji's, if you believe that these messages should not be there on the site to mislead the public?

As a responsible defence personnel, by reproducing such an ad, is not an attempt on your part also to spread superstition amongst the members of this forum?

Dear Mr. PS Dhingra Sir, dcgroup1962@gmail,

I have not advertised but brought the messages (which is on this website only), to your and others kind knowledge by cutting pasting few lines.

I am totally against such acts and do not believe in such things. I am a senior citizen, a Retired Indian Defense forces officer, senior ship master also privileged to have close interactions with the law experts like you. I being a responsible citizen it is my duty to bring such things to the knowledge of others and concerned so they are careful. Also the website operators are requested not to encourage such postings.

Experts are requested to give their opinion on my message please. Is this baba really exist ?
Guest (Expert) 29 January 2015
Mr. Capt. Sukhdev Singh,

Your clarification does not give any justification for repeating contact (mobile) No. of the so called babaji for 9 times. You could well have deleted contact No. of the baba while quoting any part of the text. I WONDER ABOUT YOUR WISDOM, IF YOU STILL HAS NOT DELETED HIS CONTACT NO. FROM YOUR POST!

Now, it becomes apparent, as if you have posted the ad on behalf of the so called baba to avoid deletion of the ad as well account of the baba, as all of earlier baba related ads had already been deleted, rather accounts of the poster babas also deleted by the administrator of the website.

Besides, you have called for the opinion of experts to give their opinion on your message, whereas experts had already given more than sufficient opinions on earlier such ads.

It seems, either you have not gone through the earlier ads as well as the opinions of the experts or as a supporter of baba, you continue with the ad, as your profile, itself speaks about you that you "believe in sipirtuality". But a spiritual person should not spread superstition.

CAN YOU PLEASE QUOTE link of the LCI from which this ad has been taken by you to reproduce the extracts?
SSng Aulakh (Querist) 29 January 2015
Dear Mr. PS Dhingra Sir,
Please do not worry my intention is not to blame anyone but to inform the concerned about it. I am happy to learn that the concerned adds has been deleted from the web. Since I have no concern nor I shall delete phone numbers as desired by you, Administers of web site can delete my query since I am not able to do from here.
thanks.

Dear Capt Sukhdev Singh,

I have nothing to worry even in case you believe in such things. It all depends upon beliefs from individual to individual, but I wonder from where you could get that ad, whereas I believe that no ad exist on LCI as at present.

Even now, although you have deleted contact numbers from the body of your post, but I find the number still existing in your subject line. What about that?
SSng Aulakh (Querist) 29 January 2015
Dear Dear Mr. PS Dhingra Sir,

1. It is taken from this website only, it is good it does not exit at present. I tried but cant delete heading from myside, probably web administrators can only do that.

2.do me a favor since you are an advocate can u please find out to whom this phone number belongs. Is he really a Baba?
Guest (Expert) 30 January 2015
Avoiding to provide the related webpage link and keeping the contact No. of the babaji in the subject-line, even on pointing out, gives clear indication, as if you are supporting the said babaji and given ad for him from your side in the guise of asking the comments of the members of the site.

IF NOT, IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC REASON FOR AVOIDING ALL THAT?
SSng Aulakh (Querist) 23 February 2015
Dear Dhingra Sir,
The said file has already been removed by the advertiser and link does not exist now.
Guest (Expert) 23 February 2015
Mr. Capt Sukhdev Singh,

It is not the advertiser, but you, who have not removed the file and his Mobile No. is still circulating through the title (heading) of your own question, "Does lawyersclubindia.com believes in baba ji XXXXXXXXXX." It clearly seems that you are staunch Bhakt of Babji and placed his ad in the guise of your own query.

So, what you have done so far to remove his Mobile No. from the heading of your question, even on pointing out 25 days back? Rather, instead of removing the Mobile No., you made the ad alive a fresh by making it reappear in the guise of reply to me. That confirms my apprehension about your belief in such tantra mantras.

Moreover, if you say, the file has already been removed by the advertiser, the question still remains unanswere, how you could get the removed ad, when, as per my knowledge, the ads were removed by the admn of this site the very same day or the next day of appearing, but not removed any time by the advertiser, himself.

Dear Dhingra sir,
To a sufferer or victim advocates are like Babas to him, some of them are true and some are fake like many other babas available around us.

Court is like a temple and judges like Murties of Deities, where the victim regularly goes and pray for justice.

Let Mr. PS Dhingra be a करामाती {karamati} = WONDERWORKING advocate for me, to solves my issue in Bombay High Court. Thereafter I shall start advertising your good-doings so others can also get benifited from you.
Guest (Expert) 25 February 2015
Capt. Mr. Sukhdev Singh,

While responding to my post by stubbornly keeping and still not deleting the Mobile No. of the Babaji on the title of your query that itself confirms that you are a staunch believer of the said babaji, whose ad you are giving re-life each time with one or the other pretext.

BUT, CONTRARY TO YOUR BELIEF, THE FACT CANNOT ALSO BE IGNORED THAT YOU HAVE STILL NOT BEEN BENEFITTED EVEN TO SLIGHTEST EXTENT FROM BABAJI. Naturally, if you have come to this site for help of experts at several occasions, THAT ITSELF REVEALS that the said Babaji could not show any karamaat in your case for such a long period ever since you have launched your tirade against the authorities, including through your legal proceedings.

So far as your unwarranted comments are concerned, i.e., "To a sufferer or victim advocates are like Babas to him, some of them are true and some are fake like many other babas available around us. Court is like a temple and judges like Murties of Deities, where the victim regularly goes and pray for justice," when you have communicated the same views to me privately through email, repetition here also, itself, confirms your intention to give re-life to your ad posted on behalf of the said babaji.

However, with reference to your remarks, I may point out that neither the advocates are babas, nor judges are murties of deities, the whole process revolves around the facts and effective presentation by the clients before their advocates and thereafter by the concerned advocate before the competent court. Judges have to give their verdict, who of the advocate convinces him with his effective presentations & pleadings.

WhaT I observed from your posts on this site, you have never been clear in providing facts, rather at occasions I found your evasive replies also. While even seeking my help through email, you had not provided any background information and facts of your case so far. So, where is the justification of your unwarranted comments about the advocates and judges, when you are not clear in yourself about your own case?

Even this very post makes it clear that you had been quite evasive in replying my questions on your post.

Anyway, I can only wish you the best, irrspective of your beliefs.
