Shopkeeper has illegally displayed his sign board on railing of my balcony

Dear Sir/Mam

Some shopkeeper has displayed his advertisement board on the railing of my balcony. He is very adamant about not removing the board from railing of my balcony. What should I do? Are there any legal remedies available to deal with this kind of situation.

Just give a Police Complaint and Remove the Same in their Presence.

Throw away the sign board or issue legal notice for removal of the board and seek permanent and mandatory injunction with damages, rent and mesne profits.

Send legal notice for payment of rent for displaying ad in your premises for the past period and to remove it as the rent was not paid regularly/ default in rent payment.

It is your premises, throw away the sign board and keep quiet. It is commonsense. You need rush to this portal for advice simply because it is free portal. If somebody intrudes into your home and start dwelling in, what would you do?
