Seek your expert advise on....

1. Is the Registration of residential Flat
Lease agreement is mandatory?

2. What is the minimum period of lease
required to go for registration?

3. Advantages & Disadvantages of the
registration.

1. & 2. if more than 11 months and 29 days then registration is mandatory.

in case of state of Maharashtra, registration is mandatory irrespective of term.

3. in case of non-registration then it is not admissible in court of law.
