At what stage gthe criminal complaint for forgery can be filed

Sir,
My Brother in laws ahs filed the fake case of dowry harassmnet and amde fake list of dowry articlses which is now on court records..charges agasint us has been framed but the trial has not been started..we supsect that he may have filed the false or forged bills in support of the articles
Now my query is
whether at this juncture can we file the criminal complaint u/s 190/200 Crpc to prosecute the FIL for furnishing fake bill of dowry articles in the same court?

or we should wait for recording his statements on coath and then file the case?

or we should procced only after acqutal of the case?

Why not, provided you are able to prove your suspicion as fact before the Magistrate to be taken a cognizance of offence.

You can get the copy of bills submitted by them from court and verify the genuineness of the bills. Defend the case on such verification /findings. Wait before filing the complaint.

it has to be proved bills are fake . on mere grounds of suspicion on case is made out

still w have not been provided any copy of bills except the chargsheet which has only their dowry list..Is it possible that they have file the bills in the court file without letting us to know?

In all the probabilities you may have to wait for him to step into the witness box and let his evidence, then you can find out the documents he relies upon after which you can prove that they are created or fabricated for the purpose of the case and then move with the proposed case against them.
