Co-operative housing society elections

Dear Experts,
A Co-operative Housing Society Limited registered under MCS Act held the election of a new Managing Committee on 01.04.2013, Would like to know the validity of the election. Can this election be considered a valid elections because the Government has stayed the CHS elections till December 2014.Can we challenge its validity in the High Court?

Dear Mr. Rizwan Shaikh,
1. If the Government has stayed the C.H.S. elections till December 2014. then you all can challenge the validity of such new elections in the High Court.

In November 2013, the state government announced that it would appoint an election authority to supervise elections in housing societies with more than 100 members. The government is expected to make the announcement by December 2014. "Till such an authority is constituted, you can't conduct elections in your society, even if they are due,"

Sethi Sir, in my case the CHS has already conducted election on 1st April 2013 so will that be considered valid election?

In one your reply in an earlier post you had stated that "All management committees and office bearers of co-operative housing societies whose term ended on March 31, 2013 cannot elect a new governing body on their own. Henceforth, elections of office bearers and the management committees of co-operative housing societies will be held by the State Co-operative Election Authority." please find the link here

when you are already replied by Mr Sethi on other thread then why repeat query on fresh thread. If any doubt need to be resolved on that thread.
This forum is not for taking test of experts (who do charitable activity here) and then ask them like a pupil as to why his answer in Class Work and Home Work is different.
I hope Mr Sethi is not being expected to bring his guardian to school.

it wont be considered valid election as elections have taken place after 31st march 2013 . old committee would continue .there has been delay on part of GOvt in appointing election authority .
