what is the rights of legal heirs of donee, if the property is gifted (donor) by the parents

If it is self earned and gifted to other than the legal heirs,it cannot be questioned.Nevertheless, the deed contains the rights of the donee to the property.

The legal heirs of the donee have got nothing to do with the gifted item that purely belong to the donee during his life time, ofcourse after his demise the legal heirs can have heir share from the intestate property as per respective law of succession.
