Regarding: inaam land

Hi here i am talking about my grand mother land which situated in baddihalli village tukum district and the case active from last 35-40years and finaly it is in FDP(Final dicree process i think) and the lawyers and all says that the land regranted to my grandmother for that how can i know the regrant status or document and what is the procedure for the same and the Land Tribunal Case No. ULRM.221 - 222/1978-79 survey number of the land is 13 and 39 baddihalli village tumkur district urdigere hobli, and the land is belongs to our grand mother father and my grand mother has one younger sister she is also asking for the share.

sister has equal share in property standing in name of great grand father . your grand mother should give her equal share in property

Dear sir,

how can i get the actual regrant copy of the land, what is the procdure for that.
and one more think my grand mother ready to give equal share to her younger sister but her younger sister's son who involving with some political persons and try to sale whole property by getting signature of my grand mother and her childrens's by the way of tactics, they put case against my grand mother asking for share and same time they are not attending the case and trying to sale the property by getting signature eligaly, ( means they are giving money and things to my grand mother' 2 sons and get their signature i think sir) but still our grand mother not made any signature

You only have stated that your grandmother's younger sister son has filed a case against this property but not attending the case, so it is clear that the case has not been disposed, how can you you claim it is free from litigation? For knowing the status of the case, contact your lawyer who will be able to give you the correct information.
